7. No Bucks, Hens, or Schoolies: To ensure a relaxing environment, these events are not permitted under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
8. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited both inside and outside. The property is fitted with sensitive smoke alarms.
The maximum number of guests on the property at any time, day or night must not exceed the number stated in the listing (14). Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Any breach of this policy may result in immediate eviction and the application of penalties.
