This Holiday House offers 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and accommodates 10-14 people. Panoramic Views over the Bay. End of a Cul-De-Sac, very quiet - no through traffic

Late checkout of 5.00pm = more time for tennis and swimming

Downstairs Recreation Room  - smart tv, dvd, childrens movies, stereo, cd player, books, reverse cycle air con, bar sink and fridge.

Step out to a spacious patio. facing the bay.

Store room with table tennis table and bats, tennis racquets, toys and spare linen.

Any of the 4 bedrooms downstairs can be locked with individual keys available.

Downstairs laundry.

Upstairs -  lounge with rear deck off it.

Smart tv and dvd, seating for at least 10 adults

Dining has seating for 10-12 people, couches, stereo-cd-tape and radio,
ducted aircon through each room upstairs.
Kitchen has 1 1/2 oven and griller, 5 ring induction cooking top,
microwave, fridge, dishwasher, basic supplies.

Step out onto front deck with views from Melbourne to the Heads, and boats on the Bay at sunset.

Quiet location on a gravel service road , no through road
2 good tennis courts- en tout cas, and one knock about tennis court (great flat area for kids to play on)
1 3/4 acres of grounds
Use of a bathing box at Dromana
Solar heated pool;
Gas and wood barbecues.

Distance from Mt Martha South Beach - about 4.7. km
Distance from bathing box at Dromana Beach 8 KM.

Family Accommodation with Panoramic Bay Views

External appearance of property is impressive. The full width balcony across the front is ideal for viewing the continuous shipping traffic and the tennis courts and heated pool are wonderful facilities. Internally the house is very spacious with ample comfortable seating and two large TVs. Of the seven bedrooms, six are good but the one with the child's bed has limited use. Having six bathrooms, four of which are ensuites, is a great convenience.

Pros The property is big and spacious It was neat and clean from inside There was lot of food stuff stored Lot of games stored Nice location facing the sea Overall it was good Cons The outside of the property is not maintained at all The swimming pool was dirty and did not heat up . Called up the manager but he said it will happen automatically with the help of solar . But nothing happened . Even at 27 degrees on that day. Not sure it’s of any use during the winters The tennis court was not maintained at all. It was littered and not cleaned . There were sharp nails and objects on the ground which pricked one of our family members These was no courtesy call from anybody during our stay and we had to make an effort to reach to the manager who could not offer any solution to our queries ( just gave some common info which I think he had limited or no knowledge ) The property is not worth the rent we paid. They have advertised a lot about the swimming pool and tennis court but the reality is different from what is shown in the pics ( must have been taken long time back ) To conclude it was an average experience. Just a one time stay. Not worth to revisit the property

Great family holiday

We had a wonderful stay with all of our family at the house. Really spacious inside and out so plenty of room for the adults and kids. The kids had a ball playing soccer on the unused tennis court while the grown ups played actual tennis! The house was so well stocked with all types of sporting equipment and games, there was no need to bring as much as we did. Downstairs was great with the table tennis table and the kids watched the dvds down there, which made upstairs nice and peaceful! The view was stunning, just endless water, and a delight to wake up and see each morning.
