The property was very well maintained. The home was clean, bedding was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The yard was nice and big for my dogs to roam around. The owners were very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this home for families traveling to the Washington area.

Great House - nice location
The house is located a few blocks from downtown so we could walk there in 10 minutes. We were only 2 people for this stay but the house has 6 queen size beds and the rooms are quaint. The living room was comfortable with high speed internet to the TV so we were able to sign in and watch some college football. The kitchen is well stocked with glasses, plates etc. I had a special request to have some flowers delivered before we arrived and the host contacted and coordinated directly with the local flower shop to let them in before check in time (the code issued only works after check in time). A very nice anniversary weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Mini-Ausie
The location is perfect. Very close to the old downtown area and bike/hiking trail. The beds were extremely comfortable and the fenced in backyard was perfect. A bonus was the family of three red shoulder hawks that made regular visits to the backyard.
