About this property

Lake Rotoiti - Absolute Lakefront

Perfectly imperfect family holiday home on the shores of Lake Rotoiti. The property has a large deck to spread out on, 6 seater outdoor table, BBQ. (Please note there are no railings around the decking so small children will need to be watched.
There is a jetty on the property & boat launch access further down the road.
Enjoy the peacefulness & the night sky which is perfect for stargazing. The birdlife is abundant on the property.
It is a humble rustic 2 bedroom home & we are open to discussions about having tents pitched on the property with a maximum of 6 extra people though this will incur extra costs (you supply tents & bedding).
Emery Store (1 km) is a small store that sells basic food supplies, fish'n chips.
Central Rotorua is 27 km away.
This whenua (land) has been in the family many many years & we have decided to share it with others, again perfectly imperfect.
This is a new journey for us as a whanau (family).

This bach has everything you need for a lovely lake holiday and you certainly feel very welcome. The host was very prompt to reply to messages . The linen was provided and the beds were comfortable. It is in an idyllic spot .

This land has been in the family for many generations & we have decided to share this home with others. We have grown up enjoying vacations here & now our children & grandchildren get to enjoy it.

180 degree view of Lake Rotoiti with plenty of land to ride bikes, set up a volleyball net or play touch rugby. Swimming is right at your door step.
If you are fortunate enough to own a boat, take a trip over to Lake Rotoiti Hot Pools, Manupirua Bay which is only accessible by boat.
