This was a wonderful beach rental! We were all impressed with the kitchen, all the appliances and accoutrements need! The most equipped kitchen you could ask for in a temporary stay. The linens were nice - clean fluffy towels, bed linens and blankets were great. The view from 2nd level was the best, first level you can see the water but a sand dune obstructed the beach scene. Our stay was very enjoyable! The peace and quiet combined with a fabulous beach - awesome! We hope to go back next year. Excellent rental!

Overall, we had a nice weekend, but I think it’s important for future guests to have realistic expectations.There were definitely some positives. The common living area was a good size for our family, the large dining table was great for meals together, the upstairs showers were updated and very nice, and the mini fridge was a convenient addition.That said, the condo is in need of some maintenance and repairs. The bedrooms (other than the master) were extremely tight. Upon arrival, we had to call maintenance because the attic access door was hanging open at an angle, allowing the air conditioning to escape into the attic. The pool was much smaller than it appears in the photos and was cloudy and sandy when we checked in.Inside the condo, several maintenance issues affected our stay. One bathtub was missing the drain cover, so my husband had to go purchase one himself. The sink drain was stuck and we had to use tools to get it working properly. There were multiple holes in the Sheetrock, and the patio furniture was broken.With some attention to maintenance and a few updates, this could be a much better property. We enjoyed our stay overall, but I don’t feel the condo was quite represented accurately based on the listing photos and expected condition.
