Puddle Duck puts you right in the middle of Sydney — not tucked away, but exactly where you want to be.
Step out the door and you’re walking distance to some of the best restaurants, wine bars and cafés in Australia. Wander down to Rushcutters Bay Park and the harbour foreshore, head across to the Art Gallery of NSW and the Museum of Contemporary Art, or spend an afternoon drifting between Potts Point, Darlinghurst and Paddington. From here, Sydney is explored on foot.
Inside, the home is modern, light-filled and easy to live in. Set over three residential levels, each level has its own feel, giving you natural separation, perfect for couples, families or groups who want space to retreat while still being together. You can always find a quiet corner, or head upstairs, downstairs, or out the front into the energy of the neighbourhood.
The residence sleeps up to seven guests, in a fourth room with a comfortable double fold-out mattress. Filtered mains water runs throughout the home, and every level has air con, making it comfortable year-round.
Up top, a rooftop garden gives you a pause from the city — a place to start the day or wind down after exploring. Herbs visible for picking.
Two lock-up garages are included, adding rare convenience in this part of Sydney.
