Our apartment for 2-3 persons with large sun terrace is located on the ground floor of our house.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a large kitchen corner and a cozy dining area and satellite TV.
The master bedroom has a double and a single bed with satellite TV.
Newly renovated shower / WC.

Slopes groomed for beginners and advanced are available in our neighboring Seefeld. Our extensive cross-country skiing are popular with young and old. Whether snowshoeing or tobogganing games - enjoy the snowy winter landscape around Scharnitz.

Mooi, schoon en compleet vakantiehuisje.

Heerlijk plekje om je vakantie te vieren. Bij mooi weer mooi overdekt terras. Aardige verhuurders die je graag helpen met tips voor uitstapjes. Mooie ruime badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Vanuit Scharnitz zijn mooie wandelingen te maken.

Ausweichunterkunft.

Als Ausweichunterkunft sehr gut. Scharnitz ist nun mal Touristisch nicht der Nabel der Welt. Für Ausflüge aber gut zentral gelegen. Fewo hat schöne Lage und ist gut ausgestattet.

Diese Wohnung hat ins außerordentlich gut gefallen. Die Lage ist genial. Ein netter kleiner ruhiger Ort, 1 KM zur Grenze, Seefeld um die Ecke, Innsbruck in der Nähe. Sowohl für den Winter- als auch den Sommerurlauber wird hier alles geboten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit modernsten Geräten ausgestattet und hat alles, was man für den Urlaub brauch. Die Terrasse lädt zum gemütlichen Chillen ein. Übertroffen wird dieser Eindruck nur noch von den Vermietern, die nicht nur sehr herzlich und freundlich sind, sondern auch außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und sehr auf das Wohl Ihrer Gäste bedacht. Und das für einen sehr angenehmen Preis. Wir sagen ganz vielen lieben Dank und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Umgebung

Wir waren eine Woche zum wandern da und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und man kann direkt von der Wohnung aus loswandern. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Wir haben für ein langes Wochenende die Ferienwohnung gebucht und eine sehr sauberer uns schön eingerichtete Wohnung in traumhafter Lage vorgefunden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet gewesen, inkl. Spülmaschine. Neu renoviertes Badezimmer. Schöner großer Sonnenbalkon inklusive Sonnenliegen und Wolldecken für die zu unserem Reisezeitraum doch etwas frischen Abendstunden. Die Vermieter waren äußerst freundlich und haben nette Tips für Unternehmungen gegeben. Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub!

Wir suchten ein paar Tage Erholung in den Bergen und haben mit dem Haus Adlerkanzel eine sehr gute Wahl getroffen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt und hatte eine gute Größe für unsere kleine Familie. Wir haben uns bei den freundlichen Vermietern sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Haus gerne unseren Bekannten weiterempfehlen.
