Excellent location and immaculately clean condo with great amenities. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Minutes to Uf and downtown Gainesville. Very quiet and great parking. Just a five star experience all the way around!

The host was very responsive during the booking process. Once we arrived I did not receive correspondence back from the host about only having one key fob and not knowing what the physical key was for as it did not work in any of the doors. Overall the place was clean but it was evident that touch-ups are made between stays and not deep cleanings. The unit faces the main road and traffic can be heard at night, if you are a light sleeper this isn't the best place for your stay.

Enjoyable Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, new property. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect—convenient to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and most importantly, the University of Florida’s track and field stadium. We were in town for the Tom Jones Invitational, and being just minutes away from the event made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful place! Clean and comfortable. Nice location with easy access to main roads and highways. Restaurants nearby and groceries. The property was very nice and pool relaxing. We had a slight check in issue that was quickly corrected with help. Definitely staying again! Con: limited kitchen items so if planning to cook you might want to bring your own supplies. Limited towels which was fine because we always pack our own. And you need the door fob for everything which honestly became annoying along with the numbers to key in too. But honestly none of that was an issue during our stay. More just a heads up :) We will definitely be back!!

Very nice stay. Condo was beautiful with plenty of room. Pool was nice. Great location and near restaurants and shopping. When we needed help checking in, they picked up the phone and guided us. Staff was nice. We will definitely be back!! Perfect stay!! Cons: condo could use more towels, plates, glasses etc. It’s the bear minimum! So keep that in mind if planning to cook. You may want to bring your own supplies. A toaster would be fab too!! And you will need a key fob and Codes for everything. Every entry way, gate, door etc to the point it becomes annoying. So don’t forget your fob and codes if running to take that trash out! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Well the appointment was extremely nice and clean only flaws the pool wasn't clean and there no soap holder in the stand up shower in master bedroom also the bed in the master bedroom should be king instead of queen fo larger ppl as myself especially if your a couple looking to stay there also the 2nd bedroom needs a tv and it should be cable tv installation those are the only flaws of staying there other than that its an excellent get away spot. If they make those adjustments its a great place to stay i willbe back in the near future
