The house was warm and comfortable. The view was incredible. The location was perfect - ski in and ski out was unexpected. The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need to cook. We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
The house was very dusty. There was a layer of dust on all the blinds, in the kitchen island and all the florals around the house. The vacuum cleaner was left out and the canister was filled with dirt and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The pots and pans were dirty and I had to wash them before I used them. My grandsons are sensitive to dust and caused their allergies to worsen. I should have read the review which had a similar complaint. We are charged a cleaning fee. I would suggest hiring a cleaning company to do a deep cleaning which will help with future visitors.
A beautiful cozy cabin on top of the mountain. Perfect for all range of ages. Perfect for the kids plenty of activities inside to keep them entertained. 5min drive from the slopes. Clean house. And extra blanks!! Definitely will be staying here again!
Wonderful cabin with gorgeous views but needs new mattresses!
This was a wonderful cabin with gorgeous Mountain Views from master and living room. It was very roomy and accommodated our party of 7 perfectly. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance you can think of and even has extras such as coffee, hot chocolate, spices and such. It is a perfect ski in/out location and we had the best time here. We would definitely stay here again, but all beds desperately need new mattresses!! That’s the only reason for my 4 star review, otherwise it would be a 5

Thank you for providing your valuable feedback. While we understand that sleeping preferences vary widely, we are sorry to hear that the bed did not provide for a comfortable night of rest. We take guest feedback seriously and have forwarded this information to the local operations manager so they can review and update the home as needed for future guests. Again, we apologize for the impact this had on your visit. We will be sure to follow up with the appropriate parties regarding your experience and hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon.
We’ve truly enjoyed our stay. Although we ended upspending much of our trip inside the cabin, it turned out to be a cozy and rustic place to relax and connect. We made wonderful memories playing games, cooking meals together, watching movies, and skiing. It’s clear this home has hosted many special family moments, and we appreciate the inviting atmosphere. That said, there are a few areas where improvements would make a big difference for future guests. The kitchen could benefit from additional basic items, such as pot holders, spatula, round cookie or pizza pan, lighter or matches, chip clips, and Tupperware. Updated bath linens and furnishings would also enhance the overall comfort.Cleanliness is the main area that needs attention. The refrigerator and kitchen cabinets had a noticeable layer of dust, and the blinds and ceiling fans were quite dusty as well. Some of the cookware and dishes in the cabinets were not clean and needed to be washed before use. There was toothpaste left in one of the sinks, and water had been left in the Keurig and teapots. The cabinets and baseboards would benefit from a thorough wipe-down and deep clean.Given the winter conditions, it would also be very helpful to have additional snow removal tools such as more shovels or a small plow. We spent hours digging our car out. For families, having sleds or a few outdoor toys available would be a wonderful added touch.Overall, we can tell the owners care about their property.
Loved the house and the host was usually quick in responding to your questions, but I have to agree with another review. The beds were in need of improvement. I think maybe the beds had memory foam or something, and due to the cold weather, they were hard. After a while of lying in bed, it softened up some, but was still not the most comfortable bed. The downstairs where we played ping pong was cool so we were glad we brought a little space heater. On that level, there was actually a fourth bedroom with a futon, but again it was chilly and the ceiling was low. Watch your head. The pictures showed a grill outside, but it was removed due to not being able to light due to the cold and altitude. The ski in/out was nice, but the snow was deep and if you tried to walk out, you could sink to almost your waist. There were board games to play on the main floor, and downstairs, there was Nintendo and other games to play on a TV. There was a karaoke downstairs, but it did not work. Two bedrooms were on main floor and the Master was upstairs by itself. Took us a bit to figure out that if you ran the fireplace on the main floor too warm, it did not let the top floor heat up very well. The master had a couple hooks to hang things, but I don’t think any of the bedrooms had closets to hang anything. It would be nice to have an instruction guide to what the house has and how to use things. We never did find the hot pads (gloves for taking out pans from oven). We used a towel.
