It was in a nice neighborhood and very well maintained. My only complaint is the beds were very low off the ground and no grab bars in the bathroom, making it difficult for senior citizens.

Nice home and great location
We enjoyed our stay at this Porter, TX home. The location was great and the home was furnished with all we needed for the two of us. It was exceptionally clean! The home is close to everything. We enjoyed the patio and having a gas grill for grilling meals.We would definitely recommend and stay again since we have family close by.
No issues checking in, everything was sent to me prior to my arrival. As for communications, there was no reason for me to reach out to the owner. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to things I needed; airport, shopping, etc. I would recommend this stay to others.
This was a great place for us and our fur baby, all 85 pounds of her! She had a securely fenced backyard so we could let her out to explore & potty off leash. The neighborhood has sidewalks for her walks. The location was perfect: close to all the events that brought us to the area. The local host was accessible, responsive & quick to handle the few questions/problems we had.We would definitely stay here again.
Great property. Funky zoning, though. Kitchen needed some things: a sponge, a sharp knife, dishwasher soap. We made it work, but kitchen supplies could be better.
Perfectly fit our family of five. Excellent location for groceries and airport. Would recommend.

The beds are like futon beds…. about 1.5’ off the floor and no box springs! I would not recommend this property to anyone. Another major problem is that a broken down old car was parked in the street for our entire stay that partially blocked our drive way.The grass was uncut.

Regarding the exterior, street parking is public, and while a neighbor's car was parked nearby, our driveway remains fully accessible for guest use. Due to a tight window between guest departures, the lawn care fell slightly behind during your stay, but we have already had the grass cut and serviced.
