This was a very clean house, snd close to Waco proper. There was no body wash or soap so make sure you bring your own. There are barking dogs and roosters that crow early AM.

Teresa was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The property was spotless and exactly as described in the listing and photos. I would definitely stay here again.One of my favorite features was the outdoor pergola. Spending time outside is my happy place whenever the weather allows, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay! We checked around and the price right in line with hotels so why not get all the extras for the same price. The back yard set up was awesome. House was everything we needed. The owner was easy to contact and called right back...she was SO nice! We will stay there again.

Property super clean and super cute! Would recommend to everyone! Address that we were given lead us to another property so we thought people were in our VRBO. Our address was 508 B and the address given took us to 508. We attempted to get in touch with owner. It was late when we arrived which i completely understand that’s late to call but we needed some assistance understanding where to go. I drove around and found a house on a different street name w 508 B but the gate was closed and I wasn’t aware of gate….besides this small misunderstanding where property was located, the stay was amazing and the owner did reach out first thing next morning
