Small issue that host took care of quickly. We were missing 2 controls for fan/light so 1 room and outside had no fan and light. Currently construction next store cause minor distrubances.Host did refund part of fee because of the issues. Overall we had a good stay.

Thank you, Ralph, We're so glad to hear you had an overall good stay. We appreciate your understanding regarding the missing fan/light remotes. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we replaced them promptly to restore full functionality. We also understand that the neighboring construction caused some minor disturbances, and we're glad we were able to provide a partial refund to help make up for the inconvenience. Thank you for being such a wonderful guest, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future!

The location and property are beautiful, however the property could be cared for better. I had to get the host to get someone to come and clean the grill because it looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. I also had to reach out because the pool was not clean on our first morning there. This caused us to not be able to use the pool in 24 hrs. The property is spacious and many comfortable rooms but what ypu don't see in the pictures is the fact that the toilets have seats that move and toilets that feel as if they are coming off. When we used the second floor common space there were toys and garbage between the couch cushions. The common bathroom on the second floor was out of order which I was not made aware of. This required our guests to go up to the third or first floor. The house should also have a larger sign for its location. You will miss it because it is on a high hill which has no number on the road and the house name sign a 5x7 paper on a fence that doesn't even look like I ke it belongs to the property. It does have great air conditioning throughout all 3 floors.
