Comfortable, cosy Queenslander cottage with a retro vibe.
Situated in Wavell Heights, with close proximity to the Brisbane CBD, trains and buses. Located in a quiet street backing onto parklands with walk and bike paths. The guest will have the whole of the main house, including combined bathroom and toilet, lounge and dining rooms, well-appointed kitchen and one bedroom. There is also an additional office space in the entry. House is fully furnished with all requirements. There are two deck outdoor areas, one off the dining and the other the kitchen. Back of the house looks to the parklands giving a lush, green leafy vibe.
