Loved the renovated row house with some peekaboo views of the Baltimore skyline as well as location to good food options, Federal Hill park, & downtown. Comfy living room options

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Location was convenient, parking was easy and the area felt very safe. Coffee maker stopped working 3rd day and owner had no solution. Massive ant problem in kitchen that we had to remedy. Some basic supplies not there: no ice maker or ice cube trays (had to buy ice), no hair dryer, broken toilet seats.

Thank you for your feedback, Cindy. I appreciate you bringing these issues to my attention during your stay. From our communication at the time, my understanding was that the ant issue had been treated and was being managed at the property. I do wish there had been more communication regarding the extent of the concerns mentioned in the review, as I would have gladly worked toward additional solutions while you were staying at the house.
Since your visit, I’ve also taken further steps to address and monitor the issue, as well as replace and update several household items mentioned. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the area convenient during your stay.
Extremely convenient location in a safe neighborhood. It was a 15 minute walk to the convention center. The kitchen was well-stocked with new appliances, and pots and pans in good condition. We appreciated the real, firm pillows that made for excellent sleep quality. The main issue we had was that the whole place seemed unfinished. Even if you close the doors to the two bedrooms, there are open areas so there was no actual privacy. If you are traveling with young children or light sleepers, be aware of this possibility.
We got off to a rocky start, with the door codes being inaccurate. Standing on a city street with luggage and two children was not ideal, but Vanessa quickly called back and walked us through her code app and got us inside. The space was much bigger than we had anticipated. With three floors, three bathrooms, two living rooms and an extra bed in the second living room, we all had our own space which was nice with rainy weather. I did hope to enjoy the patio, which was overgrown and expected a balcony but we could not access it. Having a parking pass for the neighborhood was wonderful. The kitchen and a couple of other parts of the house still seem mid remodel (missing backsplash and trim), but overall the property was clean and very nice. The furniture seemed new and mattresses were very comfortable. It got a little warmer upstairs, but fans were a nice addition and it cooled down by late evening. The neighborhood was very nice, we loved the Outpost on the corner, walking to the park, we were able to walk to our concert at the stadium, and felt safe.
