Tastefully decorated house yet comfortable for all ages (our group ranged from 4 to 68). The patio was perfect for relaxing. Perfectly situated within walking distance of the beach and town. Our host made our stay worry free!

Lovely trees and shrubs fill the property. Some construction in the neighborhood, but likely temporary. Cindy was great and helpful ,and we loved walking to the local beach and into town. Wonderful location. A quick trip o Southold Fish!

We had a fabulous stay! There were 6 adults and we never felt crowded. The outdoor space was great and the house was well appointed. The sheets, pillows, beds were all top notch! We will be back.

Great stay at this lovely house close to everything in Greenport. House was lovely, clean, bright and relaxing! Adorable back yard. Close to the ferry and all of the shops and restaurants. Owner was available and responsive. Would stay again!

Stayed at this wonderful home for a long weekend, it was perfect. The sun filled home had everything you would need, and it was located near restaurants and wineries. Enjoyed our stay.

Cindy has a lovely house where we enjoyed a long weekend away with the kids. Nicely finished, comfortable, and very close to town. Would definitely come back and stay again.
