Set on Munim-Munim Moonee Estray Nature Reserve on Gumbaynggirr country.
Moonee Stays House is right on the estuary close to the peaceful Moonee Beach village; in 2017 it was voted as one of the top 3 Australian beaches “the perfect destination for a relaxing saltwater therapy that doesn’t cost the earth”. We hope you enjoy your stay in this beautiful part of the mid north coast.

Nestled in its own private compound, close to shops, Moonee foreshores (perfect for kids to swim and family picnics) and of course the beach. It’s the perfect place for a chilled holiday for all ages. Its a 15 minute drive to Coffs harbour, a major mid north coast regional hub and gateway to the solitary islands, and a 5 minute drive to Emerald Beach, with its restaurants and kid friendly beach

The house has 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan living leading onto a covered deck and BBQ area.
Your fur babies are welcome however there is no fencing. If you bring your fur babies you need to be responsible for their behaviour and any mess they make, please ensure the neighbours are not disturbed. Please make sure you put their woopies in the bin.

All linen is supplied, 100% cotton sheets and towels.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We have a strict no party policy. The police will be called by our neighbours, and you will be evicted.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The house check in is 4pm unless agreed prior to arriving. cleaners need time on change over days - you'll be notified if its available sooner.
No party policy - only the guests staying at the house are allowed there unless agreed prior to your stay
Fur babies are welcome - the property isn't fenced. Please keep them under control them and clean up after them $60 fee charged if we have to clean up

The property is an amazing place to stay with a truly beautiful lakeside view. Everything was perfect; the house was spotless, well maintained, and had all kitchen equipment you could possibly need. The entertainment and relaxing setup made it feel like a real holiday home.Easy access to everything around the area, which made our stay even more comfortable. We felt relaxed from the moment we arrived.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

Our stay at Moonee Stayz house was nothing short of amazing. The home was extremely clean and beautifully presented with thoughtful touches throughout and incredibly comfortable bedding. We especiallyloved the outdoor table and lounge area, the perfect spot to unwind while taking in the stunning natural beauty of the riverfront. It was truly glorious and made our stay feel so peaceful.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
