Just notice pillow cases didnt look fresh, a couple different hand strands on some.Taking bins out wasnt really necessary due to limited use of them so I felt bad for the environment plus doing that tasks felt like it shouldn't be a part of a process in the stay as thats a cleaners job. Loved the stay and would be happy to return :)

Thanks for the review, I'm sorry the pillow didnt look fresh, sometimes they take them out of their linen bags and they can be creased, but rest assured they are always fresh and clean. The bins are our job and we come around each Monday morning and take the bins out for collection, we dont ask the guest to do that. We glad you loved your stay and hopefully we see you again.
