Welcome to The Sandy Seahorse. Escape to this charming, spacious beach house, tucked along a quaint seaside street, lined with classic coastal cottages. The 2nd-floor living space is bright, breezy, and bathed in light. There is plenty of space to relax or dine, either at the breakfast bar or the open concept living and dining room. The master bedroom has a calming, welcoming vibe, with an ensuite bath and a large walk-in closet. The spacious screened-in porch is perfect for sipping morning coffee or winding down after a day at the beach. The lower level offers a bonus sleeping area with a queen sofa bed and seating, a half bath, and a dry bar with a fridge to store your poolside refreshments (Note: the lower level is accessed separately from the main living area). This space is a fantastic, fun area to gather, play games, and enjoy your private pool oasis.

Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. We never met or interacted with the host, they use a property manager who was less than accommodating for renter needs. Example: we chose this location because of the heated pool but the heater wasn't on when we arrived on Saturday and when we reached out we were told the pool guy would be there Tuesday. I understand there has been a cold snap in FL but it would have been a better experience to be asked if we wanted to use the pool and given the opportunity to opt out due to weather rather than not have the option to use one of the listed amenities. Property manager sent email with the door code 15 mins prior to our arrival which would have been fine but that is the first time we learned that the renter does not provide paper goods (1roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 4 adults, 7 days), no trash bags, no coffee filters, no generic spices (salt, pepper). Due to traffic on FMB we stopped for groceries on the mainland and ended up having to go back out and sit in traffic anyway.
