Beautiful property just feet from the beach! House is large and very modern with a nice hang out area on the ground level. We brought of pup and he enjoyed the nice fenced in yard with St. Augustine grass.

Few items would have made our stay even better: if beds were already made, only had one extra roll of TP, and we were warm at night with thermostat limitation.

Thanks for the review. We do not make the beds as we want you to know that the sheets are fresh and not left on by previous renters. We do not proviide all of your toilet paper. We provide the roll on the holder and one extra roll, you have to bring the rest for your stay. As far as the A/C we set the thermastat at 70 degrees as the lowest temp and there are ceiling fans in every room and an additional stand alone fan in the utility closet for renters use.
