The Space
This all-inclusive suite features a private entrance, providing you with complete privacy. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, and a living room with a pullout sofa. Situated in Desrochers, one of Edmonton's most desirable and quiet neighborhoods, this suite offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

-Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We are particular about cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.

-Easy self-check-in via secure door keypad.


-The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.

-Our stove is is a glass surface. Ensure pots are removed from the surface and placed on the pot mats after cooking. Please do not drag pots on the stove. It causes scratches and damage.

You will have complete access to our guest suite with a private entrance throughout your stay. Enjoy unlimited streaming on Netflix, create culinary delights in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or visit the nearby Chapelle Shopping Centre, a vibrant shopping area in Edmonton, easily accessible by car or Uber.

As our guest, you will have exclusive access to the downstairs area of the house, which includes the basement guest suite. This suite features one bedroom, a living room with a pullout couch, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom.

This is a basement suite with a private entrance located at the side of the house. Please note that access involves a set of stairs going down to the suite, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues

Please be aware that the upstairs portion of the house is a separate Airbnb unit and is not accessible to guests staying in the basement suite. Additionally, the backyard is currently under landscaping and fence renovations, so it is not available for use at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Security: We have exterior cameras at the front and back of the house.

Entry: The home features keyless entry. A code will be provided after booking.

Please never use the self clean option on our microwave & oven. This is know to damage ovens including the microwave.

Snow season: During the snow season, while the snow company takes care of the driveway, guests are responsible for applying salt to icy conditions of the entrance door or walkway. Host is not responsible for any incident related to icy conditions.
