This apartment is on the ground floor of an old local stone farmhouse. It has a private entrance.

Hidden Gem

Perfect apartment and location to relax and enjoy. Very functional Gite on a quiet property with a pool worthy of a full size resort. Eve and Arnault are wonderful, friendly and helpful hosts. Our stay for 10-days was one of our extended stay in France. Close to many of the sites in the Dordogne but far enough away to enjoy. Love this place!

Great Appartment and Great Host

We had a very nice time in Arnaud's flat. The holiday flat is excellently equipped, there is really nothing missing at all. It is super clean. Arnaud is a great host and helps wherever he can. Many thanks at this point, for example for the transfer to and from the railway station in Souillac. The weather was quite cool, which is why we had a covered pool. A great feature, of course, especially after a strenuous cycle tour. We would have liked to stay longer, but we have plenty of reason to go back to Souillac or Lanzac one day

Noch nie einen herzlicheren Gastgeber erlebt

Es ist einfach unglaublich. Wir haben noch nie einen herzlicheren Gastgeber erlebt. Unsere 4-jährige Tochter hat ihn direkt ins Herz geschlossen und wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an wie unter Freunden. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat uns der Gastgeber Tipps gegegen, uns mit Rat und vor allem Tat zur Seite gestanden und uns jederzeit unfassbar unterstützt. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Paare und Familien. Die Aussicht auf das Tal und die gegenüberliegenden Berge ist fantastisch. Wir genossen besonders den Blick am Morgen, wenn noch der leichte Nebel über den Fluss steht. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich wunderbar frühstücken und entspannt liegen. Ein Highlight ist natürlich der 15 Meter lange Pool, der dank des auffahrbaren Daches auch bei Regen genutzt werden kann. Schwimmen mit Blick auf die Berge. hach! Rundherum blühen schöne PFlanzen und der Gastgeber hat wirklich eine tolle Naturoase rundherum geschaffen. Der Pool und die Liegeflächen sind wirklich besser als bei jedem Hotel! Von der Unterkunft erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad sehr schnell den Ort Souilac, der süßs und verträumt alles bietet, was man sich von einem authentischen Dorf so wünschen kann. Neben einem schönen Markt, verträumten Cafes unter Bäumen und kleinen Gäßchen, gibt es auch viele Einkaufsläden. Auch ein ausgezeichneter Bioladen ist dort zu finden. An möglichen Aktivitäten mangelt es nicht. Kanufahren, unzählige schöne Dörfer, schwimmen, Laufen, Fahrradfahren, Besichtigungen, am Pool liegen...

Très bonnes vacances à Lanzac

Je tenais à remercier Mr FOUCHARD pour son accueil. La maison est conforme à l'annonce. Très bien équipée à la fois en intérieur mais également en extérieur avec de nombreux espaces à disposition (table de ping-pong, baby foot, transat, plusieurs salon de jardins, piscines,...). La grande piscine avec ses jeux gonflables mis à disposition ont ravis les enfants. Le propriétaire nous a permis de se baigner le soir sous le dôme. Une expérience que les enfants ont adorés. Nous avons également apprécié la gentillesse et les conseils de Mr FOUCHARD. Nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement.

Perfekt!

Das Appartment liegt oberhalb der Dordogne im östlichen Teil des Périgord. Es ist nicht groß, aber umfassend ausgestattet. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt ist der große Pool. Gerade nach anstrengenden Ausflügen war er eine Wohltat. Es lassen sich von hier viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen. Man sollte aber einplanen, dass das Périgord recht groß ist und es z.B. bis nach Bergerac eine recht weite Fahrtstrecke ist. Unser Vermieter Arnaut ist nicht nur ein sehr netter Mensch, sondern auch sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Très bonne expérience

Emplacement très pratique pour les visites de très beaux sites , accueil très sympathique et un hôte toujours prêt à vous donner des bons plans aussi bien en restauration que sur les balades. PARFAIT

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances chez Eve et Arnault. Tout était absolument parfait. Lanzac est un village calme, idéalement situé pour visiter cette magnifique région; les paysages, les villes et villages médiévaux, les châteaux, les grottes et les savoureuses découvertes culinaires nous ont enchantés. La belle maison de pierre claire se dresse dans un cadre reposant et la grande piscine chauffée offre une vue magnifique sur la vallée. L'appartement est neuf, lumineux, très propre et agréablement décoré. La cuisine est très bien équipée: grand réfrigérateur, four, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, bouilloire... bref, rien ne manque. Et surtout, le plus important, Eve et Arnault sont adorables! Ils nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Ils habitent dans la même maison ce qui est très agréable. Ils sont disponibles, ont toujours un mot gentil et on sent qu'ils aiment aller à la rencontre d'autrui. Merci à eux deux pour ces vacances de rêve et bon succès pour leurs nombreux projets. IDÉAL

J ai passé une semaine parfaite dans ce logement, où tout est present pour se sentir comme à la maison (il y a tous les équipements et ustensils utiles pour un séjour) Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, chaleureux et très disponibles tout en restant discrets. Je recommande fortement cette location, et pense y retourner très prochainement.

Ein Traum

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (10, 14 und 17 Jahre) hier eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung ist auf dem allerneuesten Niveau, perfekt sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, dennoch ist der Weg zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Souillac, ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto) nicht weit. Fussläufig entfernt ist ein kleines Restaurant in Lanzac (L’Alouette) wo wir gerne gut und nicht teuer gegessen haben. Ein Höhepunkt unseres Urlaubs hier war jedoch der Pool, der nur den Mietern der Wohnungen und den Eigentürmern zur Verfügung steht. Vor morgens bis abends in einem 15m Becken zu baden und zu schwimmen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft. Es ist hier einfach ein Traum und Arnault und Eve haben sich hier ein Paradies geschaffen. Was aber den Urlaub hier so besonders macht, ist die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Sehr, sehr hilfsbereit und großzügig, kinderfreundlich und nie um eine Auskunft oder guten Tipps über Ausflugsziele (Rocamadour, Sarlat usw.) verlegen. Wir haben Arnault und Eve in unser Herz geschlossen. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen, schon allein um die vielen weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten hier und die Wasseraktivitäten auf der Dordogne noch zu genießen, zu denen wir leider nicht mehr gekommen sind. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Petit séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous avons reçu, dès notre arrivée, un chaleureux accueil. Nos hôtes connaissent la région et ont su nous indiquer de superbes sites à visiter. L'appartement est au calme, bien équipé et joliment décoré. La piscine chauffée est un vrai paradis. Les commerces sont à 5 minutes en voiture et il y a l'embarras du choix. Nous leur souhaitons pleine réussite dans ce beau projet.
