Our Front Row apartments offer the same features, furnishings and stunning vistas as our standard option, with the added bonus of this view being uninterrupted and available from two of the lower-level bedrooms. Both Front Row units also offer on-site EV charging stations in the private garages.

LakeRidge Queenstown's 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment accommodation is located only a short 700-metre walk from Queenstown's vibrant town centre. Situated in a peaceful residential neighbourhood close to the diverse array of cafes, restaurants, shops and downtown attractions.

Sit back and enjoy the world-famous views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables and surrounding mountains which hug its shores, from the comfort of your own luxury Queenstown apartment.

The apartments are all equipped with gas fireplaces and under-floor heating, making them cosy and comfortable for winter ski holidays. On the contrary, if you're travelling in the warmer summer months then take full advantage of the vast balcony where you can unwind, relax and soak in the view whilst enjoying one of the region's local and award-winning Central Otago Pinot Noirs.

The apartments are tiered, meaning all apartments enjoy unsurpassed lake and mountain views from the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas on the top level. On the middle-level guests will find a master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite, the second and third bedrooms which can be configured as 2 king singles or a super king bed as well as the shared bathroom with a spa bath, shower and separate toilet.

If travelling with a seventh guest, we will provide an additional roll-away bed in the lounge area.

Other features on offer for LakeRidge guests include your own secure and private car park, complimentary unlimited ultra-fast Wi-Fi as well as washing and drying laundry facilities.

Front Row and Standard Lakeview Apartments

The apartments have been superbly designed so that every one of the apartments enjoys magnificent lake and mountain views. Whilst the two front-row apartments offer uninterrupted lake and mountain views from the lounge and second-floor lake-facing bedrooms, the tiered hillside construction means every single condo's upper level with kitchen, dining and living areas all offer spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables mountain range and surrounding mountains.

The footprint, layout and furnishings of the lower/front six condos are identical. The three apartments at the top/rear have the bonus of direct internal access from the garage into the apartment however once inside they enjoy the same fit-out and views as the other apartments in the complex. The garages of the lower/front six condos are accessed externally from the front ground floor of the apartment building.

Open Plan Living/Kitchen/Dining area

Located on the top floor of each apartment are the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. Spacious and well-equipped, the lounge areas feature large and comfortable sofas, large coffee table and state of the art Smart Television system featuring Sky TV and Netflix capabilities (user subscription required). Likewise, the kitchen is well stocked and features cooker, oven, microwave, rice cooker and a plethora of utensils, the kitchen offers everything you may need to host your family or friends whilst enjoying a night-in. Whilst the dining table offers you the choice of sitting together next to the fireplace, the room can be opened up onto the south-facing balcony where you can enjoy alfresco style in-house dining whilst soaking up those incredible Queenstown views.

The Location

Situated on Thompson Street and only a short 10-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown's town centre, The LakeRidge Apartments are in a prime location affording everything you might need for your Queenstown holiday. Whilst the walk is fairly short, tour providers who offer accommodation pick up and drop off would be more than happy to do so negating the need to move the car and add in the hassle of town centre parking.

The View

The LakeRidge Apartments lie adjacent to The Remarkables mountain range, meaning they offer some of the most outstanding views available from any Queenstown accommodation. Not only do all of these luxury apartments offer this unparalleled view of the striking Remarkables Mountains, but you will also witness the crystal blue waters of Lake Wakatipu as well as for Cecil and Walter Peaks from the upper-level lounge/kitchen/dining area and outdoor balcony. Early risers can enjoy some serene and awe-inspiring sunrises, whilst the sunsets in the evening time are just as magical.
