The house, pool and spa were great. The house is super close to the beach and the beach pass to Delnor Wiggins beach was an added bonus. Communication with the owner was easy and he provided thorough, easy to understand details on the home.
Loved this property. Great location. Walking distance to beach (less than a mile). Small but family friendly pool w/ hot tub and shelf for toddlers (grandkids loved!). Lots of bikes inclu. burley trailer. Well stocked. Comfortable beds and good showers. Did not feel cramped. Owners were responsive and easy to work with. Really enjoyed our month long stay!

Thank you for staying with us, we are so glad you had a wonderful time and that the house was to your liking.
The wife and I decided to escape Broward for a nice quiet retreat with the children in Naples, and found this beautiful home a very short distance from Vanderbilt beach. The home was as advertised and the host Lance was very accommodating and quick to reply when called upon. The only critique if I had to give one is that I would have liked for the hot tub to have heated up more. Aside from that it was a fantastic stay
Our family rented over the Labor Day weekend and everything was perfect. Home is cozy with all the extras you may need to make your stay relaxing. Pool and jacuzzi are a plus, along with the BBQ. Home is close to the beach, supermarket and stores. Quiet neighborhood. Home is exactly as described. We appreciate all the extras available (paper products, laundry detergent, etc). Communication with owner was great. Would definitely rent again. Thank you.

Thank you Barbara. It was a pleasure having you and we hope you come back and visit us again soon.
The location for this property could not have been better- just a short walk to the beach! We had small children with us and really enjoyed the pool and backyard. It was a bit chilly the week we were down visiting but paid to have the pool heated and were able to comfortably use it the entire trip. The house itself was the size we expected and was well equipped for cooking, had loads of towels, and lots of other items you may need throughout your stay. Many lovely aspects to this property, with that said though we did have some issues. On arrival we found the house to not be in the cleanest of states, found some broken glass, had to go over the floors a bit, clean dishes and laundry we had to unload before being able to use ourselves, etc. Nothing major and the owner was quick to respond and refund some towards our inconveniences. The house itself needs a bit of tlc, for example the showerhead in the second bathroom is broken and was never replaced, didn’t feel so kind showering in there. Once again nothing major but the reason for my 4 stars, overall the property worked well for my family and we enjoyed our trip to Naples.

Oh dear, this is the first we've heard about the showerhead in the guest bath (now fixed). We made 4 trips to Naples since Sept and spent over $20k in improvements (new bed and couch coverings, expanded pool deck, new fence, landscaping, new pool loungers and chairs, window coverings, etc). We don't use the guest bath so never noticed the shower head. It would have (and has now) been fixed same day if we had known. Thanks for the feedback and for being our guest. As for the cleaning issues, we have let our cleaning service know.

Consistently unprofessional.
The property was nice, however the landlords were consistently unprofessional, and slow to respond. Here's the rundown:
I am a scientist that visited for an annual conference. The renters let us know that they previously rented to attendees of our conference, and had not had a good experience. We were greeted with distrust, and repeatedly warned that they would not hesitate to take the deposit. The possibility of police intervention was mentioned. In one instance, they TOOK TO WRITING IN ALL CAPS. We tolerated this unprofessionalism because but we didn't have time to find a new place. In hindsight, it was not worth the frustration.
There was also frustration when dealing with the deposit. It took a little under a month and many emails to get the deposit and receipt back. The landlords initially wanted to withdraw $50 from the deposit to cover the costs of washing the expected amount of towels and linens, despite our having already paid a cleaning bill. I had to explain that this was inappropriate, but they did eventually remove the charge.
The property itself was quite nice. The beds were comfy, and we took advantage of the pool/hottub area.

Dear viewers of the rating ~ Let me first state that we as owners of this house take pride in our house and love for guest to use it. We did have a bad experience with these young professionals that came and the house was a mess and our neighbor had to call the police to calm them down. So like any human would do is if the group came back you would be cautious and so I warned them how disappointed we were of there group. They had 7 adults there and it took forever to get there payment because they all paid separately and then some of them didn't follow the instructions. I would say that the unprofessionalism was mutual on there side. Since they paid separately we had to pay the deposit back separately, which I did but in the lease it states if you damage anything it must be repaired or pay for it I have pictures of the laundry in giant piles ~ they took no regard to doing it during the week and left it for my cleaning people ~ this is disrespectful. I also have a picture of the torn shower curtain that they left and yes they paid for that. After a bit of a dispute and I had to send the picture. Just clarification of the review
Please look at the recent review after there stay. June 2013. Thank You!
The house was comfortable and well equipped.
Family absolutely loved the spa. We didn't cook, because we were on vacation! There was a little blip with the AC, but Lance was responsive and it was remedied.
All in all a really nice place to stay in a great Naples location.

Thank you, yet it took a day to get the A/C fixed but we have a great guy on standby when emergencies come up with the HVAC. So glad you enjoyed and thanks for being our guest, please come back again.
I just spent a week in this home with my two teenage sons and my husband. The beach was within walking distance and there were many close restaurants and stores. The pool and hot tub were great. We paid the extra to have the pool heated since our visit was in January and very glad we did! Renters should note that plenty of towels, bedding, and cookware are available at the house. We provided paper towels, napkins, dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent. There are also plenty of bikes to use to get to and from the beach. Bring your own beach bag, but the rest is available at your fingertips! Thank you Lance and Tina for a memorable vacation!

so glad you enjoyed your stay. Please come back. Lance and Tina.
The hosts were very accommodating and responsive during our entire stay. A quick car or bike ride and you are sitting on the beach. Nice to have bikes included. We appreciated a nightly soak in the spa and was one of the reasons for choosing this property.

Thanks so much for being a guest and please come back again.
Well-appointed house. Incredible pool and hot tub. Good location for beaches, shops, restaurants… and a really nice place to just stay and relax inside or out. some road construction and a home going up next door — you heard very little and it wasn’t a distraction at all as landscaping blocked most of the sound. Easy check-in procedures and clear instructions on how to operate everything in the house!
House was cute and location was great. Construction at end of driveway was rough especially trying to drag trashcan out which were gross amd full from prior visitors.
There were a few over sights from. The cleaning crew but nothing major. Owners were extremely responsive to questions and I loved the park pass they provided which we used once during our stay. Also the house directions print out was super helpful so we knew how to use the hot tub and expectations for during/check out.
The ceiling fans and lights were not attached to a light switch and we couldn't reach the pulls so we couldn't use over head lights and fans so maybe adding the long fan/light pulls would be helpful.
The master bath is small & water does get out of the shower so be mindful of where you place a towel.
Over all it was great and I would totally rebook this space.

Thanks for being our guest Cristina. Yes, our previous guest left the trash cans overflowing and did not bring the trash to curb as he was supposed to. I did offer to have someone remove the trash but you were kind enough to do it. Thank you. Also, every fan has a light switch to control it (which is why there are no pull strings) so sorry that was not obvious. The county has created a "sand" road back in May as they replace sewer and water lines. Hopefully this construction will be complete in the next few weeks as their target date was Sept 1st. The master shower is an "open concept" and some water does splash on the tile but it is designed to drain back into the shower area so no need to clean it up. Of course, anything left in that area might get a little wet.
Glad you enjoyed the house and please come back and see us again
