It was a nice little place. Clean, had nice amenities. I really enjoyed. The only two things that were slightly irritating was the walking heard above and no way to monitor heat. There were portable heaters in the rooms. Hard to keep space temperate. I think the upstairs guest had control of the heat. It was almost perfect for our needs. Would recommend.

Perfect for a week in the Tri-Cities

We live about a block away and we don’t have enough room to host family that was in town and they stayed there all week. Great location close to shopping coffee the river very nice and comfortable home.

A great choice

It was spacious, homey and well lit for a basement. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The neighborhood was quaint, and quiet, yet within walking distance to shopping. It is also within walking distance of the river and park. Would stay again.

This is our second stay and it went well. The place pet friendly, is spotless and all the amenities are great.The only difference this time was there was a person upstairs who we could clearly hear walking around and they had a small dog who barked quite a bit (but not at night thankfully) We would stay here again.

quiet lovely neighborhood, easy to get to everything.

We really appreciated the roomy, comfortable atmosphere, with coffee for our morning. One thing I would change is that we couldn’t control the A/C and a few times felt chilly so we closed the vents to slow it down. But I definitely recommend this home. Thank you.
