The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, where you can unwind in the comfortable lounge after exploring the local area, stream your favourite shows, or enjoy a home-cooked meal in the well equipped kitchen.  Whilst there is no oven, there is an air fryer.

Designed with comfort and ease in mind, the apartment also includes free onsite parking, fast Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, ensuring that your stay feels just like home.

Nestled in a quiet, sought-after pocket of Sandy Bay, you’re just moments from leafy streets, local cafes, shops, and parks, with easy access to Hobart’s vibrant city centre and beautiful waterfront. Whether you’re here to relax, work, or explore Tasmania’s stunning surroundings, this lovely home offers the perfect base for your next trip.

Please note, there are external security cameras at the front door and in the courtyard. No cameras face into the house.

Due to the property being contactless self check-in, booking guest is required to complete an online registration prior to check-in, which will include uploading a copy of their government issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport). Retreats Tasmania have a strict no parties, no smoking, and no pet's policy.

Really well appointed, coffee tea etc, super clean.Great views. you think from the picture that it is closer to the coast than it is. Plus side of this is that it was very quiet, great sleeping.All was good, long way from Hobart centre. Millipedes upstairs and downstairs bathrooms.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately this time of year in Tasmania the Millipedes are quite active and nearly every house has them. They eventually disappear but we will keep an eye on it.

For a breath of fresh air, 'Long Beach' is another easy 15-minute walk from your stay. This recreational area features a large, gated play area for families and free BBQ facilities for a relaxed afternoon. There’s also a charming beach, and waterfront pizzeria.

Take a wander through the beautiful and historic suburb of Battery Point, easily accessible on foot (just past Sandy Bay precinct). Enjoy its enchanting streets, browse unique eateries and jewellery shops, and soak in the stunning Derwent River views from its charming pubs like the Shipwrights. You can even walk through Battery Point to reach Salamanca!

The lively Salamanca strip is also within walking distance, a hub of amazing food, charming shops, and quirky art galleries. Make sure to experience the must-do Saturday morning markets!
