Did not have TV in any of the bedrooms, there were no steak knives, the washer and dryer were replaced, the problem was no one called me to let me know that was going to happen Good please to stay Good neighbor hood

We're glad to hear that you found our property a good place to stay and enjoyed the neighborhood! We apologize that you weren't notified about the washer and dryer replacement during your stay; we have followed up with our guest contact team to ensure communication is handled better moving forward. We are also looking into adding TVs to the bedrooms to improve the guest experience. Regarding the knives, we do have sharp cutting knives located in the drawer by the stove, but we plan to relocate them to the silverware drawer and will specifically add steak knives to the inventory. We appreciate your helpful feedback and are glad you otherwise had a pleasant stay.
