From 1 April to 15 November 2024, a bicycle for each adult is also provided on arrival, with assistance throughout the island in the event of breakdown (children's bicycles and electric bicycles available on request). -

The Green Oaks villa, located in the village of Rivedoux-Plage on the Ile de Ré, is a few streets from the shops and the cycle paths, the proximity to the seafront and its restaurants, will delight you for strolling in the evening between friends or family.

This single storey villa has beautiful living spaces. Bathed in light thanks to its large bay window overlooking the exterior and its heated spa, you will be seduced by the comfort of its 2 bedrooms and the outbuilding.

- its 2 bedrooms with 1 shower room in the main house

- a living/dining room with a fireplace opening onto the outside

Energy fee of €20/day compulsory from 7/11/2023 to 01/04/2024 to be paid on arrival.

Pets (1 maximum allowed): 18€/day.

Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning to be paid at check-in.
