We were thoroughly impressed with the condo. Furnishings were like new and the kitchen was completely equipped. It was about a half mile walk or bike to the ocean but much faster by car if you could find a parking spot. We loved it and would come back.

The unit was spacious and super clean. It was stocked with all the basic amenities we needed for the week. The included bikes was an added bonus! Centre Court is a quiet complex that feels a bit secluded but also very accessible to beach access or general store via bike or walking. Our only teeny complaint is this unit is first level so you can hear some noise from the unit upstairs. The unit is also oriented in a way that you get some road noise and car lights from the main road into Palmetto Dunes. Overall great stay!
