The view is what sold me on this property, it has one of the best views in Townsville with the convenience of being centrally located with a flat drive way (I rare find in Castle Hill)

The Stunning view of Paleranda Bay, Magnetic Island and the Port! This property also has a large undercover balcony that seats 14 people.
