  • Downstairs: Second lounge area with another kitchen, fridge/freezer, dining table, lounge, and TV — perfect for extra families or teens.

A perfect place for a large family correctly to stay. We had seven adults and three young children. Picnic beach was very close and a lovely place for everyone to swim and play on. And a couple of nice cafes there as well. The hosts were very helpful in every way and we appreciated their help with any requirements we had.

We enjoyed our stay here. Upstairs was perfect with an infant and the gated balcony. Host was great with communication when we found a few things lacking and arranged supplies to be dropped off straight away. Enjoyed using the pool!

Picnic Bay Gem

We had a group of 10 friends stay at this beauty of a home. Short walk from the beach and the pub and everyone was able to have a game of golf as well which was amazing. We absolutely loved staying at this home, highly recommend. Amenities were amazing as well. Thanks Mark and Rosemary! We will definitely stay again in the future x
