The location is a 2 block easy walk to the private beach which is great. The kitchen lacks a dishwasher and the sink has no garbage disposal. The rooms are simple but nice. The window ac works but is noisy. To do laundry, you have to open the exterior storm door to the basement down very steep stairs. Family of 4 works fine but more than that will feel cramped.
