Newly Renovated Beach House w Heated Pool, 4 BR, 3 BA

Nestled between the beach and Intracoastal, Seaside Ranch is a newly renovated 4 bedroom / 3 bath home in Dolphin Isles, a top residential neighborhood on beautiful Lauderdale Beach. The beach, along with the best Oceanside dining, is an easy 4-5 minute walk.

The Space:
Seaside Ranch is the owner’s home away from home and we designed it with both vacation mode and live/work in mind. Looking to be outside? Enjoy multiple outdoor living areas - a rarity in Fort Lauderdale. Spend time by the pool, basking in all day sun or, on the other side of the house, relax in the tranquil secret garden. The garden is perfect for morning coffee or dining al fresco. Inside the home you’ll find a bright and spacious open floor plan with beautiful views of lush tropical landscaping. The home is equipped with everything you may desire including high speed internet, free Wi-Fi, Netflix, beach gear, baby gear, plus desks and TVs in each bedroom. There are four separate bedrooms that can accommodate up to 9 people in total. All bedrooms feature Wright memory foam mattresses with their Weightless(TM) foam system, fully optimized for a better night’s sleep. Bedrooms also include Wright bedding, with high thread counts for a soft, yet cool feel and blackout window treatments. All three bathrooms are renovated and the master bath includes double vanities and an oversized shower with three shower heads. The kitchen is fully stocked for gourmet cooking and entertaining. Here you’ll also find a wine fridge and gourmet coffee and tea station with espresso machine. The living room, with a large screen TV, and formal dining are the central indoor places to gather. The driveway can easily fit two large cars.

The Neighborhood:
Dolphin Isles, within Lauderdale Beach, is a short 15 minute car ride from Fort Lauderdale International Airport. It’s safe, residential location ensures minimal beach crowds compared to the more crowded areas within Fort Lauderdale. Some of the best restaurants are within walking distance, including multiple Oceanside restaurants such as Dune by LT (Fort Lauderdale’s first Michelin Star chef), Ocean 2000, and the Sand Bar Grill. On the Intracoastal side, walk to Maestros, Shooters, or Bokamper’s to dine while watching the boats pass by. If you’re looking to get on the water, catch the water taxi (10 minute walk from home) and head to other featured Fort Lauderdale destinations like Las Olas, or go as far as Miami or Palm Beach. If nature activities are of interest, visit the Everglades for an airboat trip (~45 min drive), or walk to Hugh Taylor Birch State Park (within 10 minutes). There you can rent a canoe, paddle along a freshwater lagoon, fish from the sea wall, hike, bike, picnic or simply relax in the tropical hammocks. Should you be looking for Churches or Synagogues, there are several within the area. There are so many reasons to enjoy Fort Lauderdale. Wonderful Family Vacation

Another amazing vacation in Ft.Lauderdale. This was our 2nd stay in this home. Its location is ideal and close to the beach (family fun) and nightlife (adult fun). Would highly recommend :)

Our family had an excellent stay during the month of February. The house was clean with plenty of room for our family of 8. The pool, which got used almost every day, was wonderfully warm. The large dining room table was perfect for family dinners together. It was an easy walk to the beach with a 4 and 6 YO. We hope to return in the future!

We booked this place because the reviews were amazing. It was walking distance to the beach, had a beautiful pool and seemed like all the amenities. What it doesn't show or that the reviews don't mention is that there are many things broken or that need to be updated/cleaned. There are broken tiles in the dining room, broken shower handle in guest bathroom, rusted paint/stain cans on side of house that is a hazard with kids around and the landscaping (lack thereof) definitely stands out next to the neighbors. Also, during our stay the AC went out. The property manager told us it worked just fine and we needed to just turn it off for 30 minutes and back on. It wasn't fine and for 3 days the AC was not working. They didn't send someone out and the property manager didn't come look at it. It was 78-80 in the house and the rooms where my kids tried to sleep. We loved the pool which was warm and clean! They need new umbrella stands. The listing says 3 umbrellas at the pool and there were 2 with only one working stand. We did enjoy that it was 3 blocks from the beach, had plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo/ conditioner. The mini splits in the two Master's were lifesavers. When I reached out to the owner she was very kind, but the Property Manager was not helpful and seems to be slacking on taking care of the property. Hope they get these things fixed so the next people can enjoy their stay without problems.

Winter Getaway

This house is perfectly located a very short walk from the beach! It has a heated pool complete with toys and beach towels. The lay out of the house worked well for our family, 2 bedrooms on each side of the house and plenty of bathrooms. We could walk to restaurants, yet the neighborhood was very quiet. Kimberly gave great ideas for places to eat and was very responsive. We found the 5pm check-in a bit challenging because we were traveling with young children but other than that it was amazing!!

Amazing House

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of room for the entire family. We loved the pool and the master shower. Absolutely everything you could need is provided. The location is great too, easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend this house.

A private resort all to yourself

Such a beautiful property with all the perfect touches from plenty of towels, comfortable linens, stocked items, and just how the place smelled (really good!) to the overall location, pool, etc. such a great vacation here! Hope to be back again soon!

Wonderful family beach vacation

This house by the beach was perfect for our family of four (two small children) and extended family to stay for the week. Beach access is about an 8-10 minute walk (for little feet) but even the youngest kiddo had no problem with it. There are beach chairs and two beach carts for transporting everything easily. The kitchen is also well stocked with everything we needed for family dinners and breakfasts. If you're looking for a nearby Cuban bakery CAO is pretty decent (for FLL at least) -- vetted by actual Cubans who stayed in the house.

Perfect beach vacation

This was our first time using VRBO and we were more that satisfied with our decision to rent this property. From the initial step onto the property to our last was memorable for our whole family. The neighborhood was fantastic. The decor in the house was nothing but beautiful and fitting for a beach vacation. Had everything one could want for a beach vacation. Was super convenient close to beach, restaurants and bars all in walking distance. The pool was a hit in the evening as we spent all day a the beach near the house. We will definitely be coming back to this property.

December Family Getaway

We arrived the evening after a heavy wind and rainstorm. There was a good deal of debris settled in the pool and all over the outside seating areas. It was not a promising beginning to a much-looked-forward-to week by the pool...By the afternoon of our first day, there was literally no evidence of a storm! The property manager called and showed up himself, and had a landscape crew and the pool guys there - no small feat given the severity of the storm and the fact that everybody in the area was in need of the same type of cleanup. Greatly appreciated! The pool and outside areas were the main attraction for us. The house is very nice, with plenty of space for five adults to spread out and have some privacy. The kitchen has everything you'd expect, and all the bathrooms are very nicely updated. The location is great too, close to the beach, a park, and restaurants.

Lovely house, almost perfect.

The house is lovely and comfortable, we had a great time. We were a group of 8, 4 kids, 4 adults. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The pool was a great size and well maintained. A few things need improvement though. The kitchen was not fully stocked, it was missing a large pot as well as a medium one. We were in the middle of preparing spaghetti sauce for the gang when we realized. We contacted Kim and Kiril right away but it wasn’t until the next day that the pots appeared on the kitchen counter (while we were at the beach). Although this was a nice gesture we would have appreciated knowing they were going to be in the house while we were out. There weren’t enough wine glasses and the few that were there were not in good shape. A couple of the dining room chairs could use repair. We also mentioned our concern about the patio door lock. But no one said anything about whether it was fixed or not during the surprise visit, while we were out. The vegetation around the house is gorgeous unfortunately there were old paint cans lying around in the back which were an eye sore. For the price point of the house we expected greater attention to detail and better communication. I hesitated to bring up the negatives because we really did enjoy our stay!

Beautiful property within a nice area for activities. Communication was spot on and we had no issues. The house has all the amenities you could want and is very clean and for a Florida property not wet inside like others I’ve experienced. Pool is great and all the bedrooms are large and clean. Would most definitely return!

Perfect set up for families

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had plenty of room to spread out and truly relax. Traveling with a 1 year old all the way up to 85 year old was easy here. So many extras were provided! Kimberly was wonderful to work with. We’d love to go back!

Perfect location 2 min walk to the beach. Great private pool for kids. Restaurants everywhere. House is spacious and very well kept. 10/10 loved our Easter Break trip.
