Guests have full, private access to the entire villa, including bedrooms, bathroom, living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry, private outdoor space, and one dedicated car park. Items left after check-out can be shipped at the guest’s expense; please double-check the property before leaving.

• No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.
• All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm – 7am
