The property is beautiful with high end finishes. Lynne and Tony have thought of everything including delicious fruit and nut slices for our arrival. Beryl and Cheryl (pet pigs) are hilarious and really enjoy a treat or two. The outlook was spectacular but an easy drive to facilities. Would definitely recommend.
We so enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this beautiful property. From Lynne’s very kind welcome to all the thoughtful touches throughout her home. The comfy beds, underfloor heating and fire lit for our arrival, all much appreciated for our winter stay. The location can’t be beat, with gorgeous views to the mountains and so close to the wineries. Only downside was that we could only stay 2 nights! Thank you Lynne for your hospitality and we hope to return some time in the future.
We had a great time at this venue. Tucked into the hills amongst the vineyards and a short drive to Queenstown and surrounding sights and delights.
Wonderful host, who kept us informed of local goings on and things to try. Very amicable and thoughtful.
Would recommend!

Hello Tony and I are passionate about living in this beautiful region. Tony is a keen gardener and we have been self employed for 30 years. We love skiing in the winter, jet boating and hiking and biking around our beautiful region. When we get time off we love visiting new countries, and seeing your back yard.
Why they chose this property
We have lived in Gibbston for 10 years. 148 was just a paddock when we arrived but now we have many native and exotic trees in our garden and are enjoying seeing the bird life returning. Autumn is especially beautiful in this region with the change of season. We love being amongst the mountains and enjoy each seasons change to our scenery. We have been sharing our property with visitors for 6 years and enjoy meeting new people. We always greet you upon arrival, to show you around but after that we leave you to explore and enjoy your space in private. That being said we are always happy to have a chat over a glass of wine. You decide.
What makes this property unique
Our most unique benefit is the most amazing mountain views and sense of space , so different from city living. The other benefit to living here is that we are centrally located to all that the region has to offer. Queenstown and Arrowtown for day trips and evening dining but also scenic day trips to Glenorchy, Wanaka, Cromwell and Bannockburn.
