Nice new place, conveniently located in quiet neighborhood with all your basic amenities. Only complaint is the WiFi was not good which meant even watching tv was frustrating; that’s an easy fix however.Overall nice place with enough space for my family of 5 to have their own beds.

Great new house. Clean, it has everything that you need to feel at home. Plenty of space for the whole family. Everything is within 5 to 15 min from every destination. We will stay there again when we go back to Lubbock. The owner was really helpful and always answered the phone within minutes.
