**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars. This house features a game room inside the garage. Vehicles parked on the street between Midnight and 6:00 AM will be towed. If daytime parking remains a problem, enforcement hours will be expanded. ** BBQ GRILL/VACATION GEAR We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
