The Shire at West Haven is an exclusive gated community set in a conservation area among wetlands yet just 2 minutes from Champions Gate Village in Davenport and boasts a Club House, Communal Pool and Tennis Courts. Here you will find a range of shops, bars, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all.

Our charming villa has a wonderful open plan design that offers a lovely bright space, so that you and your guests will not feel overcrowded. As you can see from the photographs, the home has been furnished in a classic elegant style offering you a very comfortable home from home that will certainly make you feel pampered.

There are two lounges in the property, the first is situated at the front of the home and offers a quiet area to relax after a day in the parks, read a book or perhaps enjoy a game of cards.

The Family Room is situated at the rear of the home and includes a 75" Flat Screen TV with plenty of luxurious comfortable seating. This is very much the hub, where the party will gather of an evening to watch a film, catch a ball game or just chill together.

The Classic Fitted Kitchen has everything you will need to prepare family meals, it also has a breakfast bar and includes a cosy dining nook, great for quick lunches or lazy breakfasts.

The Elegant Dining Area is ideal for the more formal gatherings where you can sample the delights of home cooking and enjoy chatting and catching up on all the events of the day.

The Games Room is another great place to entertain and enjoy some friendly competition whether that is with a game of Pool, Foosball or Darts, there is something for everyone. There is even room for spectators in the cosy seating area.

The Outside of the Home is lovely with a covered Lanai with table and chairs to enable you to enjoy some Al Fresco dining. With a good-sized Pool & Spa it is a fantastic oasis to enjoy the outdoor living that Florida does so well, be that relaxing on the loungers, watching the children play in the pool, an invigorating spa or dining beneath the stars with a glass of something sparking, this home has something for everyone.

Bedroom 1 – Queen Bedroom (downstairs) includes a Queen size bed, TV, and ceiling fan. It has a full bathroom next door that includes a Bath with shower over and a single basin unit. This is a perfect room for any guests that may struggle with stairs.

This is a beautiful room that is decorated in a in an elegant colonial style and is a fabulous place to retire of an evening.

Bedroom 3 – King Suite (upstairs) with adjoining balcony to Queen Suite, King size bed with Flat Screen TV and ceiling fan. There is Ensuite facilities that includes a bath with separate shower and double basin unit. This room is another stunning example of the beautiful classic style that flows in this home.

A special feature of this home is the upstairs full width (fully enclosed) balcony - it is a lovely aspect and great for breakfasts in morning or a sunset drink of an evening.

Bedroom 4 - Twin Bedroom (upstairs) with two single beds and ceiling fan. This is perfect room for siblings to share and has a cool calm interior. This room has a Jack n Jill door to a full bathroom that includes a bath with shower over and a single basin unit.

Bedroom 5 – Twin Bedroom (upstairs) it has two single beds, ceiling fan and TV. This room has a Jack n Jill door to a full bathroom that includes a bath with shower over and a single basin unit. This is another useful room for sibling or friends sharing.

- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk

- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- For system safety, AC cannot be set below 72°F
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
