The space is nice for a family gathering and is pet friendly too. We were a little disappointed to receive notification the day before our arrival that we were to bring our own personal towels (bed linens are provided) and drinking water. The water contains a lot of iron so is not suitable for drinking. The property is lovely with a nice view of the water. The home is situated in a enclave of homes and cottages but surrounded by trees offering privacy. The house is a two story walk up so could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues especially when carrying up heavy luggage or coolers. The space is bright, nicely decorated and surface clean but it could use a good deep cleaning. This may be due to the iron in the water leaving stains in the sinks and showers. There is one double bed on the main floor and six single beds on the lower level. It’s a nice big area for kids to hang out and sleep. We enjoyed the cozy outdoor space which had plenty of outdoor chairs with cushions. There is both a fire table and a wood burning fire pit. We would like to return in the summer months to use the kayaks and enjoy the outdoor space a little more.
