The instructions on the VRBO were different from the emailed instructions, which were different from what was posted in the host. The thermostat was locked despite instructions to set it to a certain temperature. The towels and sheets were wet upon arrival. We were unable to reach the host after repeated communications only to find that we were actually speaking to a timeshare company. The place was physically nice but way too many issues and too much money to be worth it.
