The living room, dining, and kitchen areas flow together seamlessly, creating a welcoming space for gathering. The living room offers multiple reclining seating options, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the large Smart TV with streaming channels (guests provide their own logins for subscription services such as Netflix or Prime) and antenna for local channels. Large sliding glass doors in the living room open to the outdoor living space, showcasing the beauty of the pool and pool deck behind the home.



Kitchen & Dining:



The dining area features a table with seating for 6 and opens to the kitchen which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, kitchen tools and small appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker. An eating island offers additonal counterspace and a pair of barstools for grabbing a quick bite or chatting with the cook.

A full size washing machine and dryer is the laundry room, adjacent to the kitchen.

A split floor plan provides added privacy, with the primary suite separated from the remaining bedrooms. All bedrooms have beds made with provided linens, Smart TV's and ceiling fans for added comfort
