House was great and had everything we needed. Walk to the beach wasn't bad and the pool was great.

The host was a reality company. We first went to the front door which was locked with no keypad. So we proceded to the back door for keypad. It would have helped if we had known which door to first check. The homeowner is letting this property go down without: cleaning fan dust, not repairing torn screens on several windows, NOT washing windows, letting furniture show wear & tear over the years and several other things he could make look better. The host replied they would let us know by text about check out. They did not. The ladies at the company were very polite when I called with questions. These were questions that could have been explained in information. We called them to repair 2 clogged up bathroom sinks. They gave us 2 medium size trash bags for 10 people for 4 nights, 1 very small amount of paper towels, and 1 soap thing for dishwasher, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. So get ready to get EXTRA supplies which we have never had to do before. 34 steps are a lot to see a view of buildings, street and some of the sound. Be ready to climb even the 14 front door steps!!! I would pay more to have a nicer place!
