Overall our stay at wax turtle was nice. We really enjoyed the decks that had ample seating for the entire family. We loved seeing the deer in the morning & evenings and we enjoyed the level of privacy the home offered. We were disappointed that there were several TVs with issues, with two being completely unusable. We travel with gaming systems and enjoy gaming in our down time recovering from the beach and pool, so this had a significant impact on our stay only really have one TV that worked in the living room. My 10 year old was often left without access to a TV or gaming, which was difficult since he has sensory issues and likes to be alone to decompress. The house was great and spacious, and if it weren’t for the TVs we would have minimal to complain about. There is also no fully fenced grassy/sandy area aside from a small patch under the deck stairs, which made it challenging to take our dogs out at night.
