Welcome to The Sand Wedge, a stunning four bedroom, three bath home in Kitty Hawk nestled in a calm neighborhood perfect for morning walks, biking around or if you are looking to head to the beach you will be just a two minute drive away.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by a spacious exterior with parking for four vehicles, a welcoming covered entry, a gas grill for outdoor cooking, an enclosed outside shower, and a private swimming pool perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Inside the ground level offers a relaxing lounge area with comfortable seating! On the mid-level, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms: two kings, and a third with two twin beds. This level also features a full bathroom and a wrap-around covered porch ideal for enjoying the coastal breeze.

The top level is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious living area with a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area with excellent views of the nearby golf course. A fourth bedroom with a king bed and a full bath nearby completes this floor, along with access to both a covered deck and a sun deck for soaking in the Outer Banks sunshine!
