This getaway provides more than just accommodation. In collaboration with nature, the property offers an abundance of recreational activity. Within the boundaries of its 20+ acres you’ll enjoy an easy nature walk along a private bush trail to the peak of the hill to experience a breathtaking sunset and panoramic views of the neighbouring Panton Hill Bushland Reserve and surrounding vineyard landscapes.
For wildlife lovers, you might be lucky enough to spot the wedge tailed eagles who nest on the boundary! Watch the kangaroos bounce by and choose to feed the cockatoos, galahs, king parrots and other resident birds as they pass through during the day, providing a total and surreal nature experience for adults and educational experience for children.
Evenings are the perfect time to enjoy a hot tub under the stars and embrace the night sky.
There is an outdoor hot tub which is ready to use at 40 degrees. The tub is drained, cleaned and refilled with fresh water after each guest vacates.
THE INDOOR SPACE
A two story cozy colonial cottage suitable for up to five people.
3 x bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed. One of these rooms is located on the open mezzanine floor.
Kitchen inclusive of oven, microwave, cutlery, utensils, and glassware.
Nespresso coffee machine with pods and milk

Luxurious floor to ceiling tiled bathroom with double shower heads.
THE OUTDOOR SPACE
The property consists of a three-bedroom colonial cottage and a barn. The barn is a vacant outbuilding and access is not permitted during your stay.
Decking surrounds the cottage. There is a pergola for shade as well as outdoor furniture.
There is an outdoor hot tub which is ready to use at 40 degrees. The tub is drained, cleaned and refilled with fresh water after each guest vacates. Do not drain and refill the hot tub.
The property is located in a bushfire zone, therefore, no fires are permitted of any sort at any time of the year
Pursuant to the Australian Building regulations, as the decking surrounding the house is less than one metre high and does not have nor does it require railing. Please be vigilant if you have children as if children are left unattended on the deck, the risk falling less than one metre onto the grass. We will not be held liable for any falls of the deck or stairs due to the absence of railing.
THINGS TO KNOW
• No parties or events
• For the safety of the wildlife - specifically the endangered wedge tailed eagle that nests on the boundary of neighbouring reserve, no animals are permitted on the property.
• The road leading to the property is a gravel road (not tarsealed). The driveway to the house is also gravel.
• The water supply is tank water. Please be mindful that water is limited and we ask that you don’t use excessive amounts of water unnecessarily.
• Uber eats services the property and you can order food including Coles which will be delivered to the door.
• Wifi is available.
