Bright spacious 750 square foot studio in a modern home and upscale neighbourhood. Centrally located and minutes from YYJ (Victoria) airport, BC Ferries Swartz Bay Terminal and downtown Victoria. 2 blocks from bus stop which connects to major local bus exchange.
In the studio you will find a comfy Queen size bed, dresser, luggage racks, couch, coffee table, flat screen tv, gas fireplace, desk with wireless printer, dining table and chairs. There is also a kitchenette which includes a sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, small fridge, plates, bowls, miscellaneous serving items, cutlery and glassware. Tucked away off of a storage hallway from the kitchen you find a full private bathroom which has a toilet, sink, bathtub/shower and basic soaps and shampoo.
Linens and towels are provided.
The studio is perfect for 2 people on a getaway to explore or relax or a solo traveler for short or long work visits.
Within a 7 minute or less drive away, you will find all amenities like groceries, liquor, pharmacy and gas. Local brewery Category 12, Church and State winery and world famous Butchart Gardens.
