SHARED PROPERTY & ACCESS: Sheoak Sanctuary is located on a shared property with the owners, however the downstairs retreat and guest areas are clearly defined. Guest interactions are managed exclusively by the Managers, and guest privacy is respected at all times.
Access roads and the driveway are suitable for standard vehicles. Guests should take care when driving, particularly in wet or low-light conditions, as is typical in the Adelaide Hills.

HOST / CONTRACTOR ACCESS: From time to time, the owners or contractors may need access to parts of the property to carry out maintenance or garden works. Guests will be provided with reasonable notice where access is required, and efforts will be made to minimise any disruption.
BUSHFIRE AWARENESS & SAFETY: Sheoak Sanctuary is located within the Adelaide Hills, a region that may be subject to bushfire risk, particularly between October and May.
Guests are encouraged to: - Monitor local conditions via SA Country Fire Service (CFS), Bureau of Meteorology, or Alert SA - Ensure their travel insurance covers bushfire-related events - On days of Extreme or Catastrophic Fire Danger, guests may be required to delay arrival, depart early or seek alternative accommodation for safety reasons.
