We are looking for a long-term renter at a reduced rate. Executive condo furnished including dishes and linens or can be delivered unfurnished. This spacious residence has large, picture windows that look out to a walk-out lush garden, accessed from all rooms. Enjoy the barbecue, fire pit, solar lighting, 2 heat lamps with ample seating for year-round outdoor enjoyment. Light-filled unit with high ceilings and new hardwood floors. All new appliances in the kitchen with an in-unit washer/dryer . The master suite is large enough for an office area. There is a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a shower over the tub.
2 TV's, internet, etc.
This is a pet-friendly building, allowing 2 dogs. On-site gym. Community roof deck with panoramic Bay views and seating to enjoy the view.
Telegraph Landing is walking distance to the ferry, shopping, excellent restaurants, The Bay Club, etc.
Included is one car deeded parking space with interior access. Full-time doorman, breathtaking views of the Bay Bridge, and Golden Gate Bridge from the shared deck on top of the building. Prime location: safe and quiet neighborhood, near Levi’s Plaza, Farmers Market, Ferry Building, restaurants, and coffee shops; steps away from the buzz of the North Beach, Jackson Square, and FiDi.
