Walking distance to Ocean Beach, Golden Gate Park, Sutro House, Lands End, and the Balboa corridor of restaurants and shops. Also nearby: Land s End, Fort Miley, Cliff House, and the Zoo.

Indoor, on-site parking is available for a small fee. There is also a yard.
High speed broadband makes this a great remote work site.

Great stay in the Inner Richmond

I hosted my parents for a 2 month stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Loved the location, just minutes from major bus routes and the Golden Gate Park. Les was helpful and communicative throughout the process and I hope to book this apartment for long term stays in the future!

Great apartment

Very convenient location: walking distance to the ocean, Golden Gate Park, Land’s End, and the many shops and restaurants on Balboa Street. Beautiful newly renovated apartment, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice shower and Les responds to emails very quickly. Will definitely return.
