Positioned between Queenstown town centre and Frankton, it offers convenient access to restaurants, lakefront walks, supermarkets, and the airport while remaining in a quiet residential setting.
The home is arranged over two levels and suits families or small groups travelling together.

There are two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering stays, and an open-plan living and dining area that opens to a deck facing the outlook.
Heating is provided by a heat pump and fireplace for year-round comfort.
A shared community tennis court is located directly across the street. Sherwood, a well-known local restaurant and live music venue, is approximately a 20-minute walk away.
This is a well-positioned home offering space, views, and practical access to Queenstown’s key areas.

• No amplified sound or music is to be played from outdoor areas between 8pm – 8am.
• All outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10pm – 7am (quiet hours as per council).

• This property is not suitable for large gatherings.
• No smoking inside the home.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
For guest safety, a security camera operates at the driveway entrance only. There are no cameras inside the home.
