This a cozy and comfortable home less than a block away from the beach in Sylvan Lake. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and necessities. It was a lovely haven for our party of 6 adults and two dogs. There is nice deck and backyard sitting area with a firepit.Tara was an responsive and obliging host.We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was clean, and nice and cool. The furniture was in excellent shape and comfy. Several cooling units kept it comfortable even in very hot days. Well equipped with sheets, dishes, towels etc. There were 7 of us staying, Trumble bed not as.good as a regular bed but overall we were very pleased with our stay!

Very nice cabin close to the lake we had a lot of fun and Tara was pretty responsive we had an issue with check in but she helped us out quickly! The property was very clean with all the stuff you’d expect in a home. The only notes I have is the AC is not central so the main floor bedroom and kids bedroom did get warmer. Also to sleep 11 as it states you would need to squeeze 7 people into one room which would be tight! Overall a great stay for an average size family though!

We were very happy with the accommodations. The home was clean, and had a cozy vacation lake vibe. It is well set—up, and ideal for our kids aged 8 and up. It is also nicely organized for pets, with dog chains, watering bowls and a large deck and backyard. Easy access to the beach was great. As a new host, there were a few glitches but all in all, we highly recommend this home, and it is competitively priced.

Our family enjoyed our stay overall. The home was comfortable, worked well for our needs, and the location was excellent. It was great to be so close to the beach.My main concern was safety. During our stay, a smoke detector that had been removed from the house began sounding while it was sitting outside on the patio. After checking the home, I couldn't find any installed smoke detectors inside. I let the host know and was told there had been ongoing issues with them. I hope this has since been resolved, as working smoke detectors are an essential safety feature for any rental.
